 Few Notes:

- dialing in desired weight is fast and easy

- dumbbells feel very solid during workouts, with almost no motions of any kind between plates

- length maybe little bit of problem (14 inches, 36 cm) maybe a problem in some exercises, but it is very good when compared with similar adjustable dumbbells

- having stand is great - although picking dumbbells off the floor is exercise, too :)
