Adjustable and Fixed Size Kettlebells
Kettlebells are type of Russian weights and they were and still are very popular for increasing overall strength, endurance and agility. They are not miraculous weights nor using only them one can make miraculous results.
Nonetheless, kettlebells workouts can be very demanding and great in achieving desired goals.
Fixed Size Kettlebells
Fixed size kettlebells are commonly used in home and commercial gyms. They are usually made out of cast iron, but smaller and lighter kettlebells can be made out of plastic, aluminum or similar materials. To protect them, they are often covered with protective rubber layer - highly recommended even if you have good rubber mats in your gym or at home.
There are several manufacturers of fixed size kettlebells and here are few of the recommended models:
Yes4All Solid Cast Iron Kettlebells are a cheap and affordable kettlebells that come at various weights, suitable for anybody. As one's strength progress, heavier kettlebells can be purchased as required.
These kettlebells come as 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60 pounds kettlebells.
They have textured wide handle for better grip - handles are wide enough even for people with larger hands. Kettlebells are painted to protect them from elements, however, they don't have thick rubber or vinyl coating.
As many other similar cast iron kettlebells, they are plain metal ball with a handle - very durable piece of workout equipment that will last for ages, even when dropped (but don't do it!).

Adjustable Weight Kettlebells
Adjustable kettlebells are usually found in home gyms and their weight can be adjusted in increments. If you have space to spare, fixed size kettlebells are recommended - they are practically indestructible and can last for a lifetime.
