Resistance rods range from 5 to 210 pounds - with possible upgrade to 310 pounds (recommended). Also, small parts have relatively short warranty (60 days), but that can be upgrade too. In order to fully utilize this kind of equipment, be sure to exercise regularly, eat properly and rest enough. Buying expensive equipment will not make you a great athlete, so, prepare for sweating. If possible, find a trainer and explain to him/her what kind of equipment you have, your goals and other little things he/she will ask you and work out according to customized program.

On the other hand, if you need this home gym only for occasional workout (maybe you already go to the gym, but want an option for quick home workout), think twice if various pushups, pullups, burpees etc are enough for you. If they are not, consider this home gym machine.
