Both units display practically all required information about the workout, including speed, time, distance, resistance level, RPM, heart rate, burned calories, user profile etc.
Note: regular exercise can help the user increase strength and stamina, lose unwanted fat, etc. However, don't forget:
- no workout can outrun bad diet - if you are consuming too much calories, not even recumbent bikes can help you lose weight,
- before starting to workout in general, check your health at your doctor office and tell about your intentions to start to workout,
- if one feels pain during exercise, especially in the chest region, stop with the workout and consult your doctor before working out again.
When they arrive, both units must be assembled first, which can be done relatively easily by two persons (just follow the instructions). If you are not one of DIY persons, consider ordering a trained technician to assemble the unit for you.
Both units also feature transport wheels and a transport handle and can be relatively easily moved around. Personally, place the recumbent bike on the permanent location and use regularly.
Warranty conditions (both units): frame 10 years, mechanical parts 2 years, electronics 1 year, labor 90 days.
