Exercise Rubber band

The exercise rubber band is a great tool for keeping in shape and if you’re unfamiliar with it as a form of exercise, prepare for a pleasant surprise because the number of exercises you can do is amazing.

Another factor in the building of lean muscle mass is the amount of weight that you are using. You will create longer, leaner muscles if you use lighter weights with more repetition. Heavy weights will less reps will bulk your muscle mass.
