American Bodybuilding
Since you are interested in getting a home gym, you should probably know something about American bodybuilding.
You can’t turn on the news each day without hearing something about obesity. So it’s somewhat ironical that American bodybuilding is respected around the world.
Take a look at the magazine stands next time you are in the supermaket and see home many bodybuilding magazines there are. Yes, some look pretty fearsome and I certainly wouldn't want to meet some of those guys in a dark alley! But you’ll see several geared towards the average bodybuilder who is just looking to gain some shape for the summer.
American bodybuilders are the best in the world outside of Scandinavia, and it is little wonder why. American bodybuilding has two advantages over the rest of the world. One of these is the cutting edge technology that we are known for. Another one is the obsessive American work ethic. When you combine these two facts with our protein rich diet, you have a recipe to make American bodybuilding one of the greatest pursuits in the whole world.
Of course, with all of the steroid controversies lately, American bodybuilding has taken a hit along with the rest of the world of American sports. But there is no reason for an enthusiast of American bodybuilding to really worry about this at all.
There are still plenty of legal American bodybuilding supplements that are virtually guaranteed to make you bigger and stronger in record time. Although natural bodybuilding does have its fans and adherents, lets face the facts: if you could get as big and strong through natural means alone as you can with the aid of chemicals, then sports stars would not be so tempted by them, and that is a fact.
If you are serious about American bodybuilding, you will have to resign yourself to the fact that you will not really be able to succeed without taking steroids, or at least muscle building supplements designed to increase testosterone.
Of course, American bodybuilding is not for everyone out there. There are a lot of people who are happy to be fairly strong and healthy, and do not crave the tremendous strength and size which bodybuilding workouts can furnish.
For them, I would recommend aerobics, some light lifting, and an emphasis on core strength building exercises. But if you are like me, you are probably driven to greater and greater strivings for perfection. It is for you that the sport of American bodybuilding has been invented.
I would urge you to dive as deeply into American bodybuilding as you can, and become the big, powerful creature that you know you can be. That is what is most important – power and strength.
